Players are secretly divided into two teams—Loyal Servants of Arthur (Good) and Minions of Mordred (Evil) . The evil team knows each other, while Merlin alone knows who the Minions are but must keep his identity hidden . Each round, a leader assembles a team for a quest, players vote on the team, and if approved, team members secretly vote to pass or fail the mission . Good wins by succeeding on three quests, but Evil can still win if the Assassin correctly guesses Merlin's identity at the end .
